Why has the colour of my fragrance changed?
Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality ingredients, and slight variations in color are completely normal. Over time, your fragrance may naturally deepen or soften in color through a process called maceration, where the fragrance continues to mature and develop. Exposure to light, air, and certain natural ingredients can also influence the color of the liquid. These changes are a natural part of fine fragrance and do not affect the quality or performance of your scent.
What sizes do your fragrances come in?
House of Iyrah fragrances are currently available in the following sizes:
- 2 mL — Sample
- 12 mL — Travel Size
- 100 mL — Full Size
Will my fragrance smell different on me than someone else?
Yes. Fragrance is deeply personal and reacts differently with each person’s skin chemistry, body temperature, and environment. The same fragrance can develop slightly differently from one wearer to another, making the experience uniquely yours.
How should I store my fragrance?
To preserve your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keeping your bottle in its original box or inside a cabinet can help protect it from unnecessary exposure.
Which fragrance should I start with?
If you’re discovering House of Iyrah for the first time, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set. It allows you to experience the collection at your own pace and find the fragrance that feels most like you before committing to a full-size bottle.
How long do House of Iyrah fragrances last?
Our fragrances are crafted to offer a long-lasting wear experience, though longevity varies based on factors like skin chemistry, climate, and application. Applying fragrance to moisturized skin and pulse points can help extend wear throughout the day.
Are House of Iyrah fragrances unisex?
House of Iyrah fragrances are created to be worn by anyone who connects with them. Rather than designing scents around gender, we invite you to explore each fragrance through its notes, mood, and story to find the one that speaks to you.
Are House of Iyrah fragrances cruelty-free?
Yes. House of Iyrah is committed to creating fragrances that are cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. House of Iyrah ships internationally. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes, including cancellations or shipping address updates. If you’ve just placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
We accept return requests within 14 days of purchase for eligible full-size fragrances that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Because fragrance is a personal experience, we cannot accept returns simply because a scent wasn’t the right fit. If you’re discovering House of Iyrah for the first time, we recommend starting with a sample or our Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size fragrance.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Approved returns and exchanges are subject to a $6 restocking fee.
- Exchanges: A $6 restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Refunds: The original shipping charges (if applicable) and the $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Final sale items
Samples (2 mL), travel sizes (12 mL), and all discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@houseofiyrah.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you have an influencer or creator program?
We don’t have an open creator or PR program at this time. We work with a small group of community members and long-time creators who genuinely connect with House of Iyrah and our brand values. While we’re always inspired by our community, we aren’t accepting unsolicited collaboration requests at this time.
