You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make changes to the order, including cancellations or shipping address updates.

Due to the personal and subjective nature of fragrance, we strongly encourage customers to sample scents prior to purchasing full-size products. Individual scent preferences vary, and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for fragrances purchased through “blind buying” if the scent is simply not to your personal liking.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that fragrance experiences are subjective and that dissatisfaction based on personal scent preference alone does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
