1. Return Period: You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return fragrance products for an exchange ONLY .

2. Condition of Return: Fragrance products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with the original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on fragrance products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you retain this documentation until your return has been processed.

4. Return Process: We do not offer returns on any order. We can only offer an exchange should the item in question meet our acceptable condition of return( see #1)

5. Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

6. Exchange: Upon receiving the returned fragrance product in its original condition,  A member of our team will reach out to assist you in selecting a suitable replacement product.

7. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be applicable for returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including opened or used fragrance products.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective fragrance product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement.

9. Exclusions: This return policy applies to full sized fragrance products purchased online ONLY. All purchases made in person are FINAL. All purchases made during a sale are FINAL. No returns or exchanges. 

10. We do not accept returns on samples. Other products may be subject to different return policies, as outlined in their respective product descriptions or terms of sale.

11. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other appropriate channels.
